Tucson Syncrho, which started in 1972, is the oldest continuous year-round competitive synchronized swim team in Tucson, Arizona.  Our team provides opportunities for girls between 7 and 18 years of age, as well as for experienced masters swimmers. On our team, the swimmers learn the skills of synchronized swimming, sportsmanship, while making life long friends.  The interaction amongst the swimmers is one of the many amazing things about this sport. Synchronized swimming is defined as a sport growing out of water ballet in which swimmers, in solo, duet, trio, and team efforts, complete various required figures in competitions.  The swimmers perform  synchronized movements to music and are judged for body position, control, and the degree of difficulty of the moves. We welcome anyone to come join us and become a member of our team part of the Tucson Synchro family. Synchronized swimming is an amazing sport and we invite anyone to come give it a try.
